At the Concordia, every evening the table transforms into an experience to be lived with all the senses: our cuisine tells the story of the local area, but also knows how to surprise with original pairings and inspirations that come from afar.


Guests are welcomed by a generous buffet of appetizers and salads, an invitation to start the evening with lightness and curiosity. Then, the journey continues with a selection of first and second courses that change daily: from the authentic warmth of Valtellina pizzoccheri to refined dishes based on fish, meat, or seasonal vegetables. The finale is entrusted to the dessert buffet: a small paradise of temptations, where you can be won over by sweetness before ending the evening.
